Joel Carlson

Joel entered the real estate arena in 1976, securing his license and rising through managerial roles at Walker & Lee Realty. In 1980, he earned his Brokers license and managed Strout Realty. Entrepreneurially spirited, Joel founded MJC Realty in 1982 and later ventured into lending with Carrington Mortgage Services. In 2000, he delved into construction with GLR Homes, building over 100 homes. Currently, he is the President of the Realtors Commercial Alliance of Orange County and the broker/owner of MJC Realty. Joel, a Chapman University graduate, holds designations like GRI and CREC and is an esteemed instructor in real estate education. His involvement spans leadership roles in various real estate associations and contributions to educational institutions, highlighting his enduring commitment to the industry.
