About Joel

Joel Fragale comes to Zeitlin Sotheby’s International Realty following a successful career in the U.S. Navy as a naval officer and pilot. Joel grew up in Tennessee and attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Upon graduation, he entered the Navy where he moved 14 times during his 21-year career. Joel understands both the excitement and anxiety that moving and purchasing a new home can bring. He strives to make the experience smooth and enjoyable for his clients. He extends the attention to detail he learned in the military to every aspect of his clients’ home buying experience and strives to exceed the level of service that every client deserves and expects. Our family recently purchased a home in Franklin from out of town. Joel made the process as seamless as possible, was very responsive, and stayed involved until the very end-final walk through, coordinating cleaners, checking the mail... He went above and beyond and will always be a special part of our family!

Joel is amazing! During the search for and eventual purchase of our Fairview TN land, Joel was always available at most times within minutes of reaching out to him. I can't think of a single request he wasn't able or willing to help us in some way. Also, even when there wasn't anything necessarily active at the moment, he reached out to us just to check in. We never at any point felt like we needed to "pull" anything from him or was pressured in any way. In many instances, he simply anticipated our questions and concerns and reached out proactively. In a word, totally "professional!" Thanks, Joel :-)

Joel was such a joy to work with throughout our entire home buying process! He was incredibly responsive to all of our questions, and trust me when I say we had a LOT of questions throughout the process. Joel remained so patient and kind throughout and no question was a dumb question. If you are looking for a realtor, then Joel is a great choice! Especially for folks who are newer to Nashville and need some guidance.
