Joel Gruenke

With over two decades of experience in the real estate industry, I began my journey by obtaining my real estate license in 2002 with Weichert, Realtors. After honing my skills there, I transitioned to Long and Foster in 2005, where I further developed my expertise as a real estate agent.

In 2009, I expanded my horizons by joining Keller Williams Real Estate in Langhorne Pennsylvania, where I wore multiple hats as both a Realtor and a Productivity Coach until 2024. During my time at Keller Williams, I not only facilitated successful real estate transactions but also shared my knowledge and mentored others to enhance their productivity in the field.

Looking to embark on a new chapter in my career, I made the bold move to open and operate an eXp Branch office in Yardley, Pennsylvania starting in 2024. This new venture allows me to bring a fresh perspective and innovative approach to serving the real estate needs of the community.
