Joel Knutson

Joel sells real estate in The Columbia River Gorge for a simple reason - she enjoys it. The variety of people she can meet, the evolving details of each transaction, and the flexibility of the schedule keeps my work interesting and to me, vital.

Her real estate record is strong, having completed the past several years near the top of the producing agents at Nunamakers. Some years she closes from 25-35 transactions, in less busy years 15-25. Most important to her is the fact that most of her clients have worked with her repeatedly, in addition to referring many of their friends and colleagues. She is far more concerned with representing a property well for a Seller, or finding the right property for a Buyer, than she is in advertising myself. She believes her record reflects that perspective.
