Joel was absolute professional and awesome. He did an amazing job from start to finish, he was very helpful with the timing and offered great suggestions that led to the final sale. He has a tremendous client base, from repeat client to no doubt, yet he responded and was available as if I was the only one. He understand the sense of urgency needed in a house sale and he took care of every details without a single issue. He also took the initiative in coordinating with my family and I in buying a new house. I strongly recommend Joel as your first option in buying or selling a house.

Joel was the best realtor you could ever ask for. He helped me clean my condo, fix my ceiling fan, fix my closet light, put new knobs on my closet doors, vacuumed my stairs, swept, dusted, etc. He is so professional and knowledgeable with real estate.
