If it hadn't been for Joel Madden of Keller Williams we would be renters forever! We relocated to the Midtown area from a very small country town. The pace and the prices of the Midtown Housing market was so overwhelming we had resigned, to continue to rent. At least, until the market had more homes available. However, Joel kept us updated on the few homes that would come available but more importantly he made sure we were among the first to see the property.
