Joel Martin helped my husband and I look for a second home in Asheville and the surrounding area. He was very instrumental in finding properties that fit our needs. Especially for dog-friendly condo association for large dogs. He researched the properties we inquired about and found others. Joel was very patient with us as we visited about 20 properties.
