With a background of 15+ years in the music business, Joel brings a fresh perspective to the real estate industry contributing his vast knowledge of community involvement, local education systems, sales, and business development. He can sometimes be seen performing music on upright bass at local venues, events, and even open houses. In deciding where to establish his career and continual involvement in real estate, Joel chose to be a part of the mission-driven effort of the IMPACT Properties team.
