Joel Sandman

Joel entered real estate in 2018 after previous careers as a golf professional and construction project management. Those past experiences played a key role in shaping who he is as a real estate professional today. His work in the country club setting has set a standard for client care and customer service while his construction background has also proved invaluable when touring homes with clients. Joel’s older brother and father are both contractors and have proved as excellent resources in times of need!

When not with clients you’ll find Joel spending time with his wife, two young kids and puppy. In his rare “free time” he’ll certainly be out on the golf course trying to capture lightning in a bottle. Joel believes in community involvement and is an active board member for several local non profits including The United Way of Davidson County and The Mental Health Association in Forsyth County. In 2021 the Thriving Triad program was born which gives a portion of each commission earned back to a charity or non profit of the client’s choice.
