Joel Witkiewicz

Joel Witkiewicz began selling real estate in 1985, achieving his broker license in 1987. Joel is licensed in both Connecticut and North Carolina. He founded Advance Realty CT, LLC in 1988.


He received his CCIM (Certified Commerical Investment Member) designation in 2007. Joel has since served the Connecticut Chapter of CCIM as Secretary and Legislative Liaison for the Connecticut Association of Realtors in 2013. He was Vice President of the Connecticut Chapter of CCIM in 2014, and in 2015 as the Chapter's President. He currently serves as the 2018 Chairperson of the Greater Hartford Association of Realtors CT Commercial Alliance and is an active member of the 2018 Member CTList.com Advisory Group, and CT Chapter of CCIM Board of Directors.
