Joelle helped us secure our first rental in Folsom after arriving from overseas. She is thorough and explained the process clearly while carefully managing the interests of both owner and tenant.

She went out of her way to make us feel welcome and even helped connect us with some furniture that we've used a lot since!

If we were staying in the area longer, she'd definitely be the go to person for finding a property to purchase.

Joelle did a fantastic job getting my home ready and selling it. She suggested just the right upgrades to warrant a good selling price but nothing over the top. Her crew were quick and efficient and she did all the legwork in sourcing materials and ensuring that the crew would be able to do the work in a timely manner even when we had the inevitable challenges that come with a property that is 40 years old. Whenever I called with a question or issue she was back to me very quickly with the right answers. She priced it so that it would be competitive and sell quickly yet still give a good profit. The property sold In 5 days for a bit over the asking price with very good terms. I highly recommend Joelle and would definitely call her again if I had another property to sell.

She started with a walk through to help us determine what needed to be done before we listed. She coordinated inspections, staging and photos and reached out to other agents with pending sales in our area to help determine our listing price. Joelle Fondale was my agent when I bought my home this year. I had been out of home ownership for about four years and was nervous about jumping back into it again. Joelle held my hand every step of the way. She kept me apprised of every issue and made sure all my questions were answered. She made all the inspections appointments and talked to all contractors about any issues. I really didn’t need to do anything other then show up at the closing.
