Joey was our Realtor to buy our house in 2009 and the only agent we would ever use in San Diego County area. He was our only choice now that it came time to sell the same house. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He is also so easy to work with that it's like working with a close friend. Communication flow was concise and rapid. When new papers were needed, we had them the same day and never caused a delay. Joey's advise was always welcome and on point. He has great team that he works with to assist with the paperwork and closing efficiency. Our home sold fast and we couldn't be happier with our profits. Thank you Joey for everything.

I used Joey Clement to help sell my La Jolla condo because I knew he had a history of sales in La Jolla Terrace & previously owned there as well. I shared my expectations, especially what I wanted to clear from the sale and that it would be the front end of a 1031 exchange. He was able to expedite the sale, hook us up with a great escrow company & introduce me to a top 1031 facilitator. He managed the entire relationship and worked out whatever minor issues arose with the buyer's realtor. It was a pleasure doing business with Joey & his firm.

I highly recommend Joey Clement of RE/MAX Associates for your real estate agent needs in the San Diego region. Joey went above and beyond in his effort to represent me, an out-of-state owner, appraise and rapidly sell a tenant-occupied condo I inherited in Coronado so I could do a contingent purchase of another property. I found him to be very knowledgeable in the local market as he provided me with a realistic appraisal value and assessment of buyer possibilities for a non-owner occupied property. Joey effectively marketed the property when listed, including coordinating with the tenant for showings. The accepted offer involved a 30-day escrow for a contingent 1031 exchange on the part of the buyer. Joey dealt with the increased complexity involved in this kind of transaction without difficulty. Joey worked with the condo HOA’s property manager to acquire all the HOA documentation required for the buyer. As inherited, the buyer’s inspection produced some rapid turnaround maintenance issues that needed resolution. Joey worked hard to locate contractors and coordinate access for estimates and repairs with the tenant within the short timeline. Overall, I found Joey easy to work with and he was prompt in his handling of the details. The final result was closure of the sale 2 ½ months after listing!
