Responsive, respectful, and realistic. Joey will take your list of wants and fulfill them as close as your budget allows. I was told by one of my clients that he was the first agent she has worked with that actually listened to her priorities and did his best to find the home that checked the most boxes. Although they have gone down the road 3 times now in this seller's market, Joey has remained resolute and continues to work hard to find the right solution for her.
