Joey is the the very best realtor we have ever had!!! He stayed in contact throughout the entire process, from the very first meeting until closing! He knew so much more about real estate and the way to handle things than our past realtors. He knew everything about staging, listing, neighborhood comps, and getting us the best offer!! I could not have been more pleased working with Joey. The sale of my home was very bittersweet. I had lived there over for 20 years. I raised my kids in this house. Joey and his crew worked hard for me to get top dollar. I was very impressed. I showed my house for only two days and received several fantastic offers. Not only did Joey help me sell my home, he has referred me to another realtor that is helping me with the purchase of my next house. Joey Johnston is by far the best realtor I have ever come in contact with! I work at a place where I network with a large amount of professionals in various trades, but a large chunk of them are realtors. Out of this large bunch of realtors that I know (and I love all of them) Joey was definitely the one that I wanted on my side when it came time to purchase my first home. He showed what it truly looks like to “go above and beyond” what your job description calls for. Besides being really good at his job, he is just a great guy all around. Buying and selling a house is a very long and stressful process. I can honestly say that Joey made it as stress-free as possible and went out of his way as both our buying agent and selling agent that we couldn’t be happier with his service. Due to the Nashville market, we considered doing a for sale by owner to save on realtor expenses. That would’ve been a terrible mistake, as Joey was worth way more to us than we would’ve saved without him. I will actively refer him to all friends and family in need of an A+ realtor in the Nashville area. Thanks again, Joey!

I will tell anyone looking for a patient, objective, knowledgeable and professional real estate agent to give Joey a call. My wife and I looked for a home in the Franklin/Williamson County area for more than a year and Joey was great to work with! He never pressured us to sign a contract, never appeared annoyed when we asked to see "MORE" homes and was always ready to greet us with a smile. We ultimately decided to build instead of buy an existing home and renovate and Joey took the ride with us! We stayed in Williamson County and Joey walked us through the home-building process and provided us with sound advice, guidance and advocacy when it was needed. While it seems everyone knows a realtor, Joey sets the standard! He was amazing to work with and extremely professional. From the start, we were blown away with his resources! He had a team ready to go with anything needed to help sell our home (landscaping, a home stager, maintenance, etc).
