Is a really wonderful realtor. She knows the market. Takes care of everything. Is really responsive and has lots of local connections for handy people, grass cutters etc. Her gift for staging is really phenomenal. I would recommend her to anyone trying to sell or purchase a home in this environment.

BEST REALTOR HANDS DOWN! We interviewed SO many realtors in Nashville and Joey was the absolute best! The other realtors around here just want to put your house up for sale and list it for whatever would be a quick sale...Joey was different and we knew she was the one who would do a great job. She is so delightful to work with and just a beautiful person inside and out. She will work hard for you day and night. Don't take my word for it - just call her and talk to her and you will see what I'm talking about - she's the best!

Joey took our requests when we sold our home and ran with it! She was a superb representative for our needs and protection and constant communication. She knew our area of Williamson county, presented the best strategy to sell the property and it worked- We got full asking price with no surprises and she made the process worry free and painless!

Joey was excellent. She was not our original realtor. Our 1st realtor moved to NY and she took over but w/ a much lesser commission. HOWEVER, she did 10 x the work compared to the original realtor. She always took the initiative to call the builder for an update. I NEVER had to tell her to call the builder. She was on top of things. ALWAYS kept us in the loop and always had time to talk. VER:Y personable and made you feel as if you are her only client. There are a number of realtors who once the contract is signed, they move to the next client. NOT Joey. She kept in touch w/ us at the minimum of 2 x week. LOVED it. She showed up to the blue tape walk and pointed our flaws we would of missed. I can not recommend her highly enough. THANKS JOEY!!!

Joey Ryles sold our home in September/October 2020. Our home sold within the month! Joey was professional and was very honest in the advice she gave us with the offer we received. She held a successful ‘Pineapple’ open house. Joey had a local company take phenomenal pictures and video of our home. Joey was excellent at communicating with us during every step of the process. When realtors are a dime a dozen, it is vital to work with one who has incredibly high ethics, knows the geographical area well, and is on top of their game.

If you are seeking to sell your home, Joey pulls out all of the stops. I’ve seen her sell homes that other agents were unable to get under contract.
