Joey-Lynn Henderson

I was born and raised right here in the Hudson Valley. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Biology from SUNY New Paltz where I cultivated a deep connection with our local ecosystem. As a licensed hiking guide I share that knowledge with others through educational nature walks and guided hikes in the Catskills. I also teach yoga at the Hutton Brickyards. Following graduating, my fiancé and I traveled the US in our van in search of adventure and a place to settle down. After over 22 states and 15,000 miles we found our way right back here. There truly is no place like home- especially when home is the Hudson Valley! While looking for a place to call our own here, I quickly realized how much I enjoyed researching the housing market. At the same time my fiancé was building his business constructing new home builds. The joy we received watching others dream homes come to life was contagious. From that joy my career in real estate bloomed. When interviewing with brokerages my choice was easy. It was based on both the comfort and support I felt from my very first meeting at Howard Hanna Rand Realty - the Murphy Group.
