He was very helpful explaining to me about houses that where comparable to mine and gave me a explanation on how values and appraisals work. He is very knowledgeable and was patient and sent me examples. If you are interested in selling or questions about housing and the market he is your man.

Joey was a great knowledgeable realtor, he helped us buy our first home essentially virtually from across the country. He always had answers to our questions and really made us feel comfortable in our purchase. He sits down and explains the contract and other information so you always know what your signing for. I would highly recommend using him if you're looking to buy or sell in the Canton/Akron area!

Joe sent us a very comprehensive comparitive marketing analysis that allowed us to make that decision with confidence. He didn't charge us anything at all for the report and was more than willing to help. I highly recommend Joe to anyone looking for a good realtor and an all around great guy to help you with any of your real-estate needs.

Better than any realtor I have ever dealt with! He helps with every aspect or problem that may come up from listing to inspection, appraisals, repairs etc. He knows good people to help you out too. He's always in contact and you are never in the dark. He makes it easy for other realtors to get in there and show the property and he gets their feedback and shares it with you right away. He takes PROFESSIONAL pictures of your property and spends quality time writing it up. Excellent service throughout the entire process. I can't say enough really. This level of service in in stark contrast to other realtors I dealt with and in particular Hayes realty. I would not go near them with a ten foot pole ever again, especially Shawna Buyers. I hope this helps any potential sellers or buyers!

Joey managed the sale of our home and it was the sale from hell. We had so many issues and Joey handled them for us with such professionalism. The one call you don't want to receive from your realtor at 2am is, "There's been a fire..." But again, Joey handled all of these issues for us while we lived halfway across the world. A few weeks after the sale we received another check with a letter stating there had been a miscalculation and he was sending the difference. His Integrity is appreciated and you can expect to be treated with respect when dealing with Joey Marino.

Joey helped us purchase our first home, and I don't think we could have done it without him. He was patient with our hectic schedules (working midnights makes it hard to set up appointments) and was always available for any questions we had or info we needed. He showed us what to look for in a home and helped spot potential issues. We had no idea what we were doing, but he walked us through everything, and made sure we understood all aspects of the process. He didn't even mind having to repeat things (it is a lot to absorb if you've never done it before). If we ever decide to sell, or purchase again, I refuse to work with anyone else.

Joey Marino represented us when we made the difficult decision to do a short sale of our home. I will start off by saying there are a lot of great real estate agents and realtors out there, but very few have the knowledge and patience that Joey had in the whole short sale process our home. Anyone who has been through the short sale process knows that it is very difficult and can be very stressful at times. We were definitely stressed to the max and needed help! Joey took over and was absolutely wonderful through the whole process. Poor Joey, between texts and phone calls we probably asked him a hundred different questions and he was extremely knowledgeable and patient and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. I felt like he truly had our best interest at heart the whole time. We will definitely be using him again to purchase another home in the future and recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell!

Ive known Joe for a long time. He's certainly grown into his position as a Realtor. What I enjoy the most is seeing how useful his outgoing personality fares with his choice of careers. He's down to earth, honest, and realistic.

Ive been working with Joe for 2 long years. I originally went to Joe sooner than I should've, relatively speaking. In short, Im not ready to purchase a house and won't be for a little while longer but that hasn't stopped Joe from communicating with me regarding the matter. When we came to him we (fiancee and I) wanted to get ideas and a solid basis for what we were looking for.

Joe has been nothing but patient with us. In fact he's gone out of his typical area of operations to work with us. On many occasions he's been able to get us house viewings last minute. When viewing houses he really points out the minor details and little things a newbie might miss...which in the long run can make or break a decision regarding a house.

At no point have I felt pressured, pushed into something I dont want, or lied to regarding houses...which in my most humble opinion, I fear many realtors today do, simply to get you in the house to make the sale.

I sincerely look forward to continue to work with Joe and am excited for the day that we do find a house so that we can stand next to our business partner and still great friend, Joe.

Joey was amazing. I wanted to sell my house relatively quickly and he worked with me to help pick a competitive price. The house sold so quickly that we didn't do that much with the online stuff but from what he showed me, he really know what he is doing on that front. So many realtors in the area are really behind on technology so having Joey as your realtor really can give you an edge.

There were a bunch of crazy issues related to the FHA inspections but Joey handled it with aplomb and and quickly as possible. If I still lived in the area and need a realtor, I would not hesitate to call Joey up again!
