Johanna Evangelou

Real estate is personal. As your agent, it’s my job to guide you through the real estate process, educate and advise on decisions along the way, and successfully take you to closing. My clients don’t sell real estate every day, but I do. Trust, that as an experienced real estate professional with 17 years in the financial industry and 14 years in the educational field, that I can successfully guide you through either a sale or purchase.

One of my passions is working with our Nation’s Veterans. As a daughter of a World War II veteran, and sister and aunt to those who have served and are currently serving, I feel it is my duty to assist our veterans in realizing their real estate dreams. But I am capable and knowledgeable to work with first-time homebuyers and sellers looking for a change. As a former educator, I strive to expand my knowledge in all aspects of the real estate business to better serve my clients. I use this knowledge to develop the most innovative sales processes possible when it comes to marketing and negotiating. I demonstrate this belief by setting expectations following through on what I promise.

I enjoy traveling, photography, and competing in triathlons as well as volunteering within my community either by planning fundraising opportunities or coaching a student underwater robotics club. As a triathlete, my competitive streak comes in handy when I am negotiating for my clients.
