About Johanna

Johanna has loved real estate her entire life. She enjoys viewing property not only where she lives, but when traveling as well. She's a natural when it comes to serving her clients in the real estate market. Johanna has lived in many places before landing in Reno. She counts far northern California, the bay area, Sierra Foothills, Annapolis Maryland, and even Wiesbaden Germany among them. So what drew us to Reno? After a four-month cross-country RV trip, we stopped in Reno to visit my sister who's lived here for 25 years. After a little over a week, we knew we weren't going anywhere. A month later we bought a home in the northwest and have been extremely happy with our decision ever since. Reno has so much to offer no matter the type of activities you enjoy Johanna's work life has focused on premier customer service. Having both owned her own coffee shop as well as being a corporate buyer for an upscale retail company. Johanna stepped aside from the corporate world to do her most important work, raise her boys. If you don't find Johanna out with clients you might find her running one of Reno's great running trails. Johanna has been an avid runner since college, having participated in the local Reno-Tahoe Odyssey multiple times. Johanna's other hobbies take advantage of what Reno has to offer. She loves skiing, hiking, backpacking, and cycling. One of Johanna's business strengths is negotiating. She focuses on the solution side of the conflict and works hard to resolve issues determined to get the best result for her clients.

I would work with Johanna again if I were to purchase another home. She was a great match and helped our family get what we needed in a home. She was never pushy. She always advocated the best way she could for me as a buyer.
I especially appreciate her efforts in providing her services to ensure the community maintains home-purchasing access to people who serve the very community in which they live. We are all stronger as a community when we have people like Johanna supporting it.

Johanna is a star. I bought my Reno home through her, and if I ever sell it, I'm going to use her. She is thoughtful, kind and solution-oriented. She's wonderful at navigating touchy subjects and will get the ball over the finish-line. She's also been helpful post-sale, helping with recommendations on contractors.
