Johanna Valdez

I moved to NYC from the Dominican Republic in 1996, where I attended and graduated High School in Bronx, NY. I received a BA in Criminal Justice in Tampa, Florida; at the same time, I worked as a school teacher assistant in the ESE Department, which I loved.

Shortly after, I joined my husband's painting company, Roundhouse Painting LLC, when I saw the connection I made with my clients and realized there was another challenge for me. I discovered the world of Real Estate.

I obtained my real estate license in late 2020, shortly after I joined Coldwell Banker Pickett Fence in 2021, and I couldn't be more grateful to the people (buyers, sellers, friends, current and past clients) for all the love and support throughout this journey.

As a full-time agent, I truly love what I do; I'm committed to prioritizing my client's needs. I cannot wait to assist buyers and sellers in purchasing their dream home in any location throughout the Tampa Bay Area.
