John's knowledge of the surrounding neighborhood, especially in regards to safety, was invaluable to us for making a decision. Most realtors wouldn't give us the time of day because they want to sell big, move-in-ready homes. John and Darlene took time to listen and understand our needs. I listed my apartment with John. Since I am not computer savvy I was not comfortable signing electronicly so John printed out the listing paper work so I could sign it the old fashion way,with a pen. John explained the process thoroughly and made me feel very at ease. I would highly recommend "The Pinter Team" for any of your Real Estate needs
