I moved out of state and he was able to do everything to sell my home in Maryland. No matter what questions I had regarding the selling process he was able to answer them. He made the process so much easier for me :)

When I found out I was moving to Maryland for my military career, there wasn’t a question in my mind that I needed to call John Allen. Even with a tight window and pandemic restrictions, he planned out a weekend of showings to use our time efficiently. The housing market was hectic at the time, and multiple homes were coming off the market sometimes hours before we were supposed to look at them, but John was quick to fill the gaps with more houses that fit our needs, and we were able to find a house that fit our needs and put an offer in. His communication with the selling agent went smoothly and we had settled on terms before the weekend was over. I’ve had to buy and sell several times in the last 8 years due to my career, and this was by far the smoothest transition. It was a relief to not have to stress over buying a house to move into, especially with everything else that’s been going on in the world.
