John and Maria Reilly

John and Maria Reilly are partners in both life and real estate. They founded JMR Real Estate Group on the principle of always providing clients with exceptional service. Their knowledge of the local real estate market has been born not only from their work as realtors but also from their experience as investors and property owners.

John and Maria believe real estate to be a team effort. They partner with clients to help them identify and achieve their real estate goals. They work closely with sellers to ready their homes for sale, with suggestions and vendors that can help maximize a home’s potential on the market. When collaborating with buyers, they spend time with clients to identify and visit properties. They recommend mortgage brokers, attorneys, home inspectors, and other specialists, which have a proven track record, to ensure their clients have the best team possible throughout the buying process. John and Maria are proud and appreciative that many of their clients are referrals from existing or former clients…they feel it’s truly the highest compliment they could receive.

Each brings its own unique strengths to the team. Although quite different, their backgrounds meld together well. John was born in Cambridge and was raised in Arlington and Winchester. He has degrees from Boston College and Tufts University. Maria was born and raised on Long Island, NY, before moving to Manhattan. She has a degree from Hofstra University. John and Maria happily reside in the Brooks Estate area of West Medford and remain very much a part of the Winchester community where they previously lived.
