John and Shah Smith

John and Shah Smith are licensed Missouri real estate agents and REALTORS in affiliation with Coldwell Banker Realty - Gundaker. We work with residential real estate buyers and sellers at any stage including "Just Thinking..." throughout the greater metropolitan St. Louis/St. Charles area, with special emphasis on Maryland Heights and surrounding areas.

We are both members of the National Association of REALTORS, Missouri REALTORS, and St. Louis Area REALTORS associations and are founding members of the Missouri branch of the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance.

Shah is an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) and Sellers Representative Specialist (SRS). She also holds the At Home With Diversity (AHWD) designation. She served as a Missouri REALTORs board member from 2020 to 2023.

John is a certified Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Military Relocation Professional (MRP), e-Pro, At Home With Diversity (AHWD), and Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE). He has served on the Missouri REALTORS Risk Management, Residential Forms, and Grievance Committees and is a current member of the Professional Standards committee. John has also served on the St. Louis REALTORS Inclusion Diversity Group and is the current co-chair.
