05/02/2015 - Chris Crews Sold a Single Family home in 2015 in Bellflower, CA. John helped us with a short sale. Things took longer than expected due to dealing with a lousy mortgage company during a time of transition at their offices which didn't help. When things finally got moving things still took a while. I don't know if this is the norm for a short sale or not but we were glad the buyers John paired us with stuck through the process with us. We were unable to get anything in moving expenses from the lender and that was probably the only thing that could have gone better in my overall experience. John provided notary services for us on more than one occasion and made his office available to us at other times when needed. He also worked around our crazy work schedules as we began commuting from out of state back to California only one week a month. You couldn't ask for an agent with more integrity and willing to work with your crazy situations in a non judgmental manner. John is a great guy and has my recommendation for your sale or purchase of a home.

I found John to be honest and hard working on my sale. He kept me constanly updated on the open houses and in the process of escrow. 10/06/2015 - jjacoubs Sold a Condo home in 2015 for approximately $250K in Azusa, CA. John helped my husband and I sell our condo and truly was amazing! Let me share a little bit of background on our situation. We bought a condo when we first got married in 2005, which unfortunately for us was at the peak of the housing market. About a year and a half later our home was almost half of what we paid for it. This past summer we finally had enough equity to sell so we hired John. He had worked with friends and family we knew with excellent recommendations. Throughout the whole transaction John was prompt, diligent, and supportive every step of the way. He was also very good at representing our needs and desires to the buyer's agent. John went above and beyond the call of duty for us, which I know he has done with other clients. He does whatever needs to be done to make sure a deal closes! We all know that goes a long way when you are selling or buying real estate. I would recommend John to my friends and family and will definitely use him again when we decide to sell and/or buy property again.

John was referenced to me by a coworker at my son in laws work. John listens to your needs and looks for a peppery that fits your requirements. He is very professional and knows the areas. 10/22/2015 - innove8 Bought a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $600K in The Plaza, Long Beach, CA. We worked with John for over a year to buy a house. He was patient and always there for us. We tried a number of agents and all but john just sent us listing from the multiple listings. They were basically the same as on Zillow. I did not see any value to that. John would find properties that were newly listed and go and see the home before offering it to us. He really spent the time to understand what we wanted and then found homes that fit our needs. In todays competitive market you need an agent that is quick and has inside knowledge of properties soon to be listed. He stuck with us for over a year.
