John Birkeland, MMH, CCIM

John specializes in retail leasing and sales, investment properties, and corporate services. He has been active in commercial real estate since 2001. He has a strong background in hotel and restaurant properties, and earned Masters of Management in Hospitality from the Cornell University. John is a native of Colorado, where he specialized in resort management and commercial leasing before moving to York County in 2003.
John is the 2019 CCIM PA/NJ/DE Chapter President. He is a member of the Rotary Club of York and serves on America's Promise Committee and York Little League Committee. He also regularly volunteers for Dallastown Cougar Athletics, Dallastown Youth Basketball Organization, and and Living Word Community Church.
