They began their career in the greater Palm Springs area working for one of the nation's largest homebuilders, which is the largest builder of active adult, lifestyle-rich communities. With 17 years of combined experience, John and Jen were in Sales and Sales Management and heavily involved with sales, training, marketing, pricing, staging, and community grand openings. After starting a family, Jen transitioned into residential real estate where John joined her after spending 7 years as the West Regional Sales Director for a national online real estate company.
