We have employed John's services to buy a home and sell two homes.
John has been in the real estate business in Rochester and vicinity for a long time. He knows almost everything about every community in Rochester and for a radius of several miles. He's not just some guy who wants to sell you a house, he's been in the business a long time; he can (and will) tell you whether a house is a good value and whether it will need to have something(s) fixed or replaced. If you want to find an inspector for a house you're purchasing, he knows the right person to contact. If you've already purchased a house and need to find someone to clean the carpets, repair the furnace, or pretty much anything else, John knows someone who will do the job and do it well. He can even offer good advice on restaurants and places to go fishing. The only downside to working with John is that he's frequently busy. But even when that happens, Danelle, the lady who runs his office will be able to help.

We have a great experience with John. When we started the home buying process, we really didnt know where to start. John got us in touch with a fantastic mortgage broker who was able to get us a pre-approval pretty quick. He took the time to explain everything we needed and took us through the entire process. John knew what we were looking for and found a out first home pretty quick. . He was really great at keeping us informed and got us where we needed to be, in our home. We'll definitely use his service and expertise again when we look to expand as our family already has.

I thought John did a nice job of showing me houses that more or less fit my budget and what I was looking for. He was willing to work around my difficult schedule, often doing showings in the evening or on the weekends to accommodate me. If I reached out with questions or concerns, he would usually respond in a timely manner.

Additionally, he was very honest with me about the pros and cons of each home I was considering, and has been a great resource. When I need to hire a professional to fix something in my home, I know I can turn to John for recommendations - I have not been disappointed so far.

I would recommend his services, especially if you're a first-time home buyer like I was.
