John Buette

John Buette is an experienced real estate professional who specializes in development and multi-family transactions in the Tucson metropolitan area. Buette has over 35 years of experience in the industry. Prior to Boss Capital Development, Buette formed Buette DeRousse Commercial Real Estate Properties in 2008, and earlier served as a multi-family specialist and lead affiliate for Sperry Van Ness, assisting investors in the acquisition and disposition of income-producing real estate properties in Tucson. Buette acquired mineral property interests for Battle Mountain Gold Company and Newmont Mining Corporation prior to his involvement in multi-family investments. While at Battle Mountain Gold, he was responsible for monitoring corporate real estate matters for a wide variety of on-going projects between domestic and international locations. Buette received his Bachelor degree in Business Administration (Minerals Land Management) from the University of Colorado. He dedicates much of his time to charitable non-profit organizations within the Tucson community.
