John is originally from Fayetteville, NC, where he worked in a family lighting business before obtaining his NC Real Estate license four years ago. Before moving to Wilmington three years ago John spent his summers at Holden Beach, which can explain his love for NC beaches, boating, fishing, and water sports. Since moving to Wilmington John enjoys helping improve the community and natural beauty of our environment with such projects as local oyster reef restoration and park revitalization projects. John is also a supporter of low impact development, a method of development that emphasizes conservation of natural areas and use of on-site natural features to protect water quality.
