John Chernesky

I have received my real estate license in 1999 and my Associate Brokers license in 2003. I am a recipient of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame Award. In believing in excellence and higher education I continued my study to include the following designations: (ABR) Accredited Buyer Representative, (GRI) Graduate of the Real Estate Institute, (CRS) Certified Residential Specialist, (CDPE) Certified Distressed Property Expert and (RENE) Real Estate Negotiations Expert. I am a Public Notary and a proud past participant of the Big Brothers/Big Sisters Organization for several years. I served active duty in the US Navy on two nuclear submarines and then in the Navy Reserves attached to an aircraft carrier & a CB battalion.

I service the Tri-County area including Berks, Chester and Montgomery and N Lancaster Counties and am a member of the local Suburban West Realtors Association, National Association of Realtors, Pennsylvania Association of Realtors. I work with both buyers and sellers. My experience included residential, commercial, investment, land, farms, new, construction and more. I look forward to serving you!
