John Chess

John G. Chess, is the President of Realty Invest an Ohio real estate broker. Mr. Chess specializes in investment and 1031 Exchange replacement properties and other types of real estate investments. We work with individuals, families, corporations, partnerships, trusts and other corporate structures. John has trained hundreds of real estate professionals, accountants and lawyers in 1031 transactions and TIC structured investments. Mr. Chess has a degree in corporate finance from West Virginia University and an MBA in International Business from Nova Southeastern University. John has served as the Chair and has been on the Commercial and Industrial Continuing Education Committee for the Columbus Board of Realtors from 2006 - 2010. Is currently on the Columbus Board of Realtors Governmental Affairs Committee. John currently holds securities licenses in Ohio, Pensylvania, Michigan, Arkansas, California, Hawaii and Nevada.
