My journey began as a passion project and grew into a flourishing 40-year career. I made my first investment in 1983, a single-family property in Hollywood, with the money I saved waiting tables at Scandia Restaurant on the Sunset Strip. I found a colleague, a trusted Realtor®, whom I trusted and learned from his guidance.
I embarked on a mission to restore properties rather than merely flip them. My mission was never to "flip properties." I restored properties to museum quality, unearthing their intrinsic value by renovating every building from the ground up with artisanal materials and craftsmanship that will last for decades.
As time passed, my portfolio expanded, and I transitioned from a landlord to a principal investor and developer. Today, I bring that wealth of knowledge to my approach as a Realtor® with Nelson Shelton and Associates, and I hope to guide others on their real estate investment journey.
