John did an amazing job of renovating my condo. It wasn’t long after the renovation was complete that I got an offer that was nearly a full price offer. The renovation was on target as well as the asking price. This is an indication that John knows what the current trends are as well as what the market will hold in terms of price. Thanks John! It's a very nice experience and privilege to work with Mr John Clark via his co-worker Ms Joy Hosier to sell my 2nd house deal in Va Beach while Joy was on vacation.

John did a lot to help my rental house back in good shape to save my cost which is more than just a real estate agent or general contractor. I will recommend people to look for him as he is really a trustworthy gentleman since I already moved to California for years and he sure does take care of your property as his own.

He assisted me not only in preparing my house, changing the carpets and flooring, painting inside and out, landscaping front and back, but also replaced appliances and coordinated a new roof to get near full asking price. John responded immediately, and showed a property within 30 minutes of contacting him. Not only was he on the ball during the week helping us get the house, but he even came throughout the weekends to get a thorough walkthrough done and keys in our hands. During the walkthrough, he even brought his own camera and pointed out things that I would have missed completely. 100% the best guy to have at your side when looking for a place. Hands down the best experience I've had for any home searching.

John Clark was a life saver. I met him by inquiring on one home when I received last minute military orders. He was very straight forward regarding the initial property my husband and I were interested in. My previous duty station was 12 hours away from where we were looking for our new home. John made himself available to do FaceTime via iPhones so we could see several properties that met our criteria for our new home. John went above and beyond when we had a last minute weekend to get a accustomed to the area and had a collegue of his take us to lunch and show us different areas of town (we were able to get a different perspective from his collegue since we had NO prior knowledge of the area we were looking at.) John also made himself available during our inspection and made sure all hits on our inspection were able to be fixed by the seller. He works hard to ensure he not only represents the client but he uses his intuition from prior clients to know your needs before you do. After our move in we experienced a few bumps in the road and even though John had already done his part he stayed available to ensure we had the house of our dreams by contacting the seller of our issues and luckily the seller was still interested in helping as well (John had already mentioned he would make himself available to help with the fixes if the seller was unwilling). John was everything we could have asked for in a real estate agent! Would definitely recommend anyone giving him your trust! He will not let you down!
