We recently had a very happy experience selling our property through John and his partner Fran McNinch. It was not historically an easy sell, as it consisted of 1700s Bucks County farmhouse, barn, 4-car garage and cottage, but they did a brilliant job of it. After making excellent suggestions on how to prepare our house for showings, it went on the market and we had over 20 showings in a week. John is a lovely person to work with. He has extensive knowledge of the area, has great taste, is very responsive, and is generally someone I would recommend highly to anyone who's looking (and already have). I'd like to think that we will maintain a friendship with John in the future.

John helped us sell our home in Lumberville. It was not as easy as we thought it would be. John helped us through the process of bringing our home to the closing date.
He would check on our home and make suggestions that guided us to the finish line. He has a kind demeanor and when needed a firm delivery. He was available when we were out of town to allow access for inspections. He answered our many calls, emails and texts with extreme kindness and knowledge. He is both forthright and considerate. We loved our home for 24 years and we felt that John loved it too. Which in turn brought buyers to our home. He offered and ran many open houses. We respect and recommend John for any home buyer or seller. His great knowledge of the area and expertise of selling our vintage house was truly apparent. He understands the value and love that we put into our home. John also has a great understanding of septic systems and wells. This knowledge was unsurpassed.
We highly recommend John. Kind, considerate and compassionate. He gets the job done!

In short, John is a stellar agent and a stellar human being! My husband and I worked with John for 12 months, patiently searching for a home / property with specific requirements, so we had the pleasure of spending numerous days with John touring homes and tramping through the woods (which he did joyfully). Of course he provided suggested listings and arranged all the details which is what you would expect, but he also acted as an enthusiastic (yet objective) cheerleader, visionary and informal design consultant. Throughout the search process and into the contracting process, John was able to provide us with very quick connections to various property experts and tradespeople to help with various testing, construction expertise and repair estimates which we needed to feel confident in our purchase. John was unfailingly responsive, supportive and proactive in his duties. In addition to his impeccable professional skills, he is an extremely kind, funny and accepting person - interacting with him during your home purchase or sale process will make your experience extremely enjoyable.

John went above and beyond to help me secure a home that had multiple hurdles to closing. Not only did he expertly and quickly do all that was required of him, but he also helped me with the weeks of research necessary to remedying the property's obstacles to a code-legal sale.

We can't say enough good things about John! We have worked with other brokers in the past and John truly went above and beyond to help us find our new home. We were searching from a distance and he made the most of our limited available time, doing detailed research in advance, helping us get to know the area, and anticipating our questions. He deftly arranged for inspections and coordinated vendor visits when we couldn't be there, going far out of his way. We love our house and can't see leaving, but if we ever do, John is who we'd call and who we'd recommend wholeheartedly and without reservation.

It has been years since I've interacted with a real estate agent and so as we started our process of searching for property (& builder) and or pre-owned home I reached out to several listing agents each time I saw a listing of interest. It was clear from the start that John listened carefully to what we wanted and what our budget encompassed. I never felt barraged with suggested properties nor did I feel like he was trying to fit us into something that wasn't the right size; layout or surroundings. While it did take some time to find the right property I knew from the onset that John had won the "privilege" of also representing us in the sale of my home. Even when the unusual happened (the person we bought from bought my home) John didn't take the easy way out. John treated both sales important and made both effortless and smooth. As we progressed no question was out of the question and no concern was looked at without our interest in mind. Above all, John's responsiveness to this day (months after the sale) remains undeniably above standard in this day and age. He has a way of enjoying work/life balance yet managing the needs of his clients in a timely fashion. I would with 100% confidence recommend John to anyone looking to buy or sell. We sold land in Bucks County and John Clement helped us out tremendously. He was very attentive and was on top of every change that came our way. His communication is excellent, weather through email or phone call, he followed up on every conversation we had to explain what was happening. He made the process (though it was long with delays beyond our control with permitting etc) feel like it was quick and painless.
