John Connolly

With over thirty-six (36) years of commercial real estate experience, John J. Connolly, President of CPI Capital brings a wealth of market knowledge to his clients in the areas of Sales, Development, Appraisal, Leasing and Property Management. He has specialized in the Victor Valley market for over 34 years and since 1985 has concentrated his efforts working exclusively on commercial, industrial, and professional properties. In the early 1990’s Mr. Connolly supervised and marketed a multi-million-dollar probated estate and in 1996 joined CPI Building Management & Leasing Co., Inc. In 1998 CPI Capital was formed by John and his partner Earl Handy.
