John Corderia is an excellent realtor, he goes above and beyond to sell or rent properties, I personally experience that many times, as he is, my realtor for the last 20 years, he is very knowledgeable and he will place the right people in your home for a rental, he likes to make good fit for the landlord in the property, he does thorough checks on Future Tenants, he is very accessible at all times just drop him a text message or email he gets back to you right away if you want to sell your property or rent he is the man it’s been a pleasure always!!!!!

Used him twice so far. 1st time in 2012 when I sold my home in west Hempstead and 2nd time in 2016 when I bought in Commack. Couldn't be happier with the service he provided. He worked hard and fought both times to get me the best deal possible. He's always a phone call away and gets back to your messages and emails very fast. You can tell he's a hard worker and is passionate about his craft. Just recently I messaged him for some paper work that a tax grievance company wanted that I had no clue where to find it and he found it in his files for me within hours and emailed it to me. If I ever buy or sell again... I know exactly who I'm calling. Would definitely recommend to friends and family too. If you are looking for one of the best agents on the island... Look no further and thank me later.

From first open house through closing, my experience with Mr. Cordeira was outstanding. As a first time buyer, I would have been lost without John's diligence, honesty, and patience. He gave thorough pros and cons for every house that we viewed, and he is on top of his game when it comes to accessibility and availability. At one point, I was considering a house that happened to be at the top of my budget, but John had researched the area and warned me about the resale value.
