I've been licensed in the state of Michigan since 2005. Born and raised along the Woodward Corridor, I come from a real estate household so I grew up around the profession. I kid people that I've been in the business for 44 years, I've been around it my whole life. I think that exposure, along with having a great mentor; has afforded me a certain level of awareness or acuity to what buyers and sellers each need from a real estate transaction. While no 2 people are alike, most want someone who can provide great service and tangible value(knowledge). I love what I do because it allows me to help and serve others in ways where I know I make a difference. This is due in large part because I care. Also, it's because I have a knowledge or skill set that is valuable and I can help people and council them on the many decisions that need to be made during the course of a sale or purchase. Because there are steps involved with a real estate transaction, it's vitally important to have an informal meeting at the front end. This is particularly critical with first-time buyers. There needs to be a discussion about the process, what to expect, (what they would like or expect from me) and a Q&A so there aren't any surprises down the line.
