John Crispo is a Broker-Associate with over 9 years of experience in residential real estate. He is a certified Probate and Trust Specialist, Military Relocation Professional, and Pricing Strategy Advisor. Since becoming a Realtor, John has gained experience and developed knowledge with different transaction types such as short sales, probates sales, vacant land sales, luxury sales, veterans, first-time home buyers, multi-family, investments, and leasing.
John started his real estate career in Orange County, but has assisted clients in buying and selling homes throughout Southern California. John attributes his success to his passion for helping others realize their version of success.
John served the Orange County Association of Realtors by volunteering as an Ethics Advocate and with Committee from January 2017- December 2020. John served as Vice Chairman his third year and proudly as Chairman his final year.
When John is not working he enjoys giving back to the community through his non-profits: The Pelican Crew & SoCal Hero Homes. He also loves spending time with his family, hiking, working out, or visiting with friends. Whether he’s sharing surf stories or helping someone realize their potential, he strives to have authentic relationships with everyone he interacts with.
