John Downing was so helpful from day one! What seemed like a dream became a reality! My husband and I are finally home owners! It wouldn't have been possible without John and Christ (south state bank, recommended by John)! They were the best team. I am so happy in my new home! They won't sugar coat anything they will tell you how everything is and what you need to reach your goal, which is so important especially on such a big investment. Together we did it!
