This is your guy folks. I have a wacky sense of humor and he humors me in return, so that is a bonus. But the fact is he's extremely patient (I even brought a whiny kid along, and he let my kid help out opening doors and such), and there is no pressure whatsoever. He's very quick to point out what he thinks are downsides, and talked me out of buying several homes until I found one I really like. I just put in the offer today, so we aren't yet through. I'll just have to update my review later, with even more great things to say. I would strongly recommend John for your next real estate experience. Notice that the other reviewers all gave the same high ratings? Not a coincidence, John is the man for this job. Nathan H.

How can I say thank you enough to John for helping me buy my first home. I had tried to work with other realtors that just did not listen to what I was really looking for and made me feel like they were just looking for a sale... NOT John!! He was so great taking me and my daughter looking for houses and truly listened to what I was looking for. He really worked so hard to find us the perfect place!!
