John has worked for over 15 years in the Austin real estate market. His broad experience includes working with developers to entitle and pre-lease development projects, representing landlords in project leasing for established properties as well as with tenants in identifying and procuring commercial space and properties.

He provides advisory and transaction management for retail tenants, acquisitions, relocations, expansions, and renewals. He handles new business development, marketing, due diligence review, market analysis of sites and site acquisitions for developers and end users.
Prior to making the transition to commercial real estate, John formed and was Managing Partner of RJ Industries where his focus was assisting companies in securing competitive advantage by identifying and driving synergies between high potential talent and medical technologies.
His experience with C-suite executives driving strategic initiative for companies of myriad size equips him with additional skills in understanding the complexities of property fundamentals.
