If I could give more stars I would. Before the process, every term in regard to the home buying process was always a different language to me. I knew I had the benefit of the VA loan from the Army but I didn’t know how to use it or any of the details surrounding the benefit. From the day I reached out to John to the day we closed he truly made it easy for me to understand where we were in the process, what it meant, and our options. Believe me when I say he does not just care about taking a paycheck and getting the sale done, he fights for you to make sure you are getting the best possible outcome with the home you choose. If you are looking for a real estate agent to help you buy a home in AZ, look no further! He is a wealth of knowledge and he earned our trust immediately. We were moving from out of state and he not only helped us find a house within a couple of weeks, but he coordinated quotes for us so we can have our home move in ready when we get there! I was referred to John by one of his clients. This client of his owns multiple investment homes and I knew if the client really liked him, John must be a good realtor because this client is mine as well. John was very responsive, honest, and straightforward. He helped my wife and I obtained our first investment property. I’ve worked with many realtors in the past and some should be ashamed to call themselves one, but John is amazing. I will never work with another realtor. He answers your calls and texts at night and I had even apologized to him for texting or calling him in the evening. John would always reply, “don’t worry about it I’m excited to help and helping you with your real estate needs is what I love.” We even had a property under contract and we backed out because I had a weird feeling about it. At that point in time I wouldn’t of been surprised if John said it wasn’t a good fit for us because there was a lot of work he did for us on that property but he didn’t stop there. If you are new to the real estate world John is your guy! If you are season in investing John also your guy. First time home buyer he is also for you. He is extremely knowledgeable. If you work with John you won’t be disappointed. I would give him 10 stars if I could. Best experience I’ve had with anyone in AZ. I haven’t had good experiences from people in the service Industry. Thank you John for making me believe in people in AZ again! Work with John and I promise you won’t be disappointed.

Just want to say John Ely IS the BEST!! He helped us every step of the way from explaining the different loan types along with the pro’s and con’s of each type, how to “show” our home, and everything else you need to know while going thru the process of selling our home ( in less than a week!!) to finding a new one, (which was a little more challenging in these current times!!)
But, we did find THE one and just moved in this week!! He was awesome, patient with us, and always worked to our advantage in making sure things worked out just right, and they did! He is professional but is also your friend, stays in touch and responds to you right away with any questions and very knowledgeable in the real estate biz!
