I have been a licensed WV Real Estate Broker since 1978 with almost 40 years’ experience. Recently I sold my company, Real Estate Limited, to Kris Cavendish, broker for our local RE/MAX real estate office, combining the two to form RE/MAX Real Estate Limited. This gives our customers the combined benefit of years of experience and the cutting edge real estate technology that only RE/MAX can provide. I specialize in the listing and sale of the upper end fine homes in Nicholas County and Commercial Property sales. I subscribe to the belief that all my customers, whether Buyers or Sellers, should be treated as I would want to be treated, if I were in their position. I am a graduate of Marshall University’s School of Business and have lived and worked in WV since graduating from Marshall in 1970.
