Having spent 25 years as an entrepreneur and 23 years working in Fortune 100 corporate America, John leverages his business acumen in both residential and commercial real estate. He has partnered with his wife, Kathy Winn Ervin, a Tampa sales associate, to assist their clients in finding their dream homes.

John's in-depth knowledge of electrical systems, wastewater operations, and the construction industry in Central Florida, coupled with his firsthand experience as an owner of commercial and retail properties, warehouse spaces, and manufactured housing communities, gives him a unique perspective when navigating the intricacies of real estate transactions. Originally from Illinois, John has called South Tampa home for over three decades. He is a proud member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Greater Tampa REALTORS®, Tampa Yacht & Country Club, and the Aircraft Owners & Pilots Association. In his leisure time, John enjoys flying, hunting, boating, and spending quality time with his wife and their three grown sons at their second home in Banner Elk, North Carolina.
