John Evans

John has been a licensed California Real Estate Broker since 1975. His specialty is estate properties in the Coto De Caza, California community for the past 30 years. John is originally from Texas and moved to California after three years in the US Army. John has recently added the Victorville, Apple Valley and Hesperia markets to his business.

John’s claim to fame is to listen carefully to a buyer's wants and needs. Then John starts the research to identify properties as closely as possible to exactly what they want and need.
