John Fillman prides himself on being a relational realtor, not a transactional one. He believes in building a relationship with his clients and understanding their unique needs so he can adapt appropriately and help in the best way possible. As a former collegiate athlete, he brings a competitive spirit to every part of his real estate business- whether it be a client purchasing their first home, an investment property, or building their dream home. This also becomes a useful tool in the negotiation process. John, born and raised in Alaska, moved to the desert in 2012; through that out-of-state move, he was able to understand how important it is to have a realtor who is trusted and who supports his clients effectively. All of the above have paid off as John was rated “Best of Zillow” and became a multi-million-dollar producer in his first year as an agent.
He has an authentic passion for real estate and finds satisfaction in being a part of something so monumental for his clients. John is currently working towards building a team of like-minded agents to provide excellent service and dominate the industry here in the Valley.
John traded in the bitter cold Alaskan terrain for 3 months of intense, dry heat. He considers that to be a reasonable exchange as now he gets 9 months of sunny, beautiful weather here in Arizona. This type of weather facilitates a wide variety of outdoor activities he likes to do with his family. John is happily married and has two wonderful kids who keep him busy with their sports. One of his biggest, all-important goals is continuing to raise respectful, intelligent, caring children who can positively impact their communities! John hopes he can build a business strong enough to maybe one day pass along to his kids.
