John Flores is an excellent realtor. He first sold our little condo in Scripps Ranch in 2002 and again sold our home in 2017. Both of which turned out really well! He is incredibly responsible, honest and easy to contact. He explained steps in the remodel and sales process of our house in a way we could understand and worked well with the contractors, which ultimately had our home sell at top price during a slow season of the year. We will always turn to John as our realtor.

I wouldn't have been able to buy my current home at my price, if it wasn't for John and his excellent negotiation skills. I have recommended John to my friends and coworkers because of my experience. I was looking to buy a townhome in the "hot" North Park area, with a small (10%) downpayment. There were two other competing offers, both above mine, and with significantly easier financing. However, John was able to negotiate on my behalf, and after discussing with me, offered the ability to close quickly, which finally clinched the deal. As it progressed through escrow, he kept me posted on what was happening and was on top of things throughout. As a first time home buyer, that was extremely helpful. His market knowledge was evident as he showed me multiple houses and educated me about the pricing, unique characteristics of various neighborhoods, and other issues to be aware of when buying a property. I look forward to doing business with him again.
