John Folger

John Folger wants to take away the stress of buying and selling real estate from his clients, making it an exciting and memorable experience. Throughout his professional career prior to real estate, John found himself moving numerous times, which came with buying and selling homes and property. He uses those experiences and his real estate knowledge to give clients the best experience possible.

John graduated from The Ohio State University and began working for general management meat companies before going into business for himself as a Cold Stone Creamery franchisee. After 15 years, he sold the business and began his career in real estate.

He is a member of the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and the Multiple Listing Service. John loves to get out and exercise and is an L1 Crossfit Trainer. John lives in Orange Park, Florida wit his wife, Rosie. They have two grown children, John Jr. and Elaine.
