I can’t say enough great things about John Freeman with Coldwell Banker. From start to finish, the entire home-buying process was seamless, professional, and honestly enjoyable (we laughed a lot through the process). He listened to what I wanted, stayed very patient through every question (and there were lots) and showing, and never made me feel rushed or pressured.

What stood out most was his market knowledge, and commitment to finding the right home — not just a home - as he knew exactly what I wanted. I'm thankful for John's patience, expertise and dedication in finding me a home.

John went above and beyond as a realtor. Our preference was to move quickly, and he was even willing to roll up his sleeves and take care of some of the punch list items himself to get our property ready to sell on our timeline. He did a great job marketing and communicating with agents during a somewhat slow period in the market. His knowledge of market conditions and real estate processes was also exemplary. We would strongly recommend him to anyone looking for a good real estate agent.

I knew relocating from Seattle Washington to Maryland for a new job opportunity was going to be challenging and stressful.

Add moving out of my current home of 23 years and finding a new home that met my needs within 30 days was going to be a race to the finish line.

Finding a knowledgeable, experienced, professional, self driven, and personable real-estate agent was a top priority for me.

I did my research and found just the real-estate agent I was looking for, John Freeman.

From start to finish, and even after the sell John went above and beyond my expectations.

I was very impressed and thankful of all the connections John has in the community.

John was on point getting the home inspection, appraisal, home insurance, and other details needed to complete the loan process in a timely manner.

John worked extremely well with the other listing agent assuring things were done correctly and ran smoothly.

I'm forever grateful for John on how he helped and treated me. John met all my needs, also getting me in my new home before my new job started.

I would give John 5 stars and highly recommend him for your real-estate needs.

He had it beautifully ready and looking its best when we walked in: lights on, blinds open, fires burning, fallen leaves cleared away. He was able to answer all our questions about the property, and even fixed a couple of minor things that needed attention. And he's friendly and personable.

This is the second time John has been my realtor, with the first time to purchase a home and the second time to sell my exisitng home and move on in retirement. I requested him the second time based on his outstanding service and needed this kind of performance again with a tight schedule and what some would say was an impossible timeline. His professionalism and network of contacts for getting my home ready for showing and through the entire sales process was outstanding. For every hurdle encountered, John had the energy and expertise to mitigate it every time. I could not have reached my goal of selling one home in Maryland and closing on another out of state in a short time frame without his experience, professional work ethic and can do attitude.
